How we agree to work together.
These terms govern your use of Muhadith. By creating a workspace, connecting a store, or sending a first message, you accept them. They are written for humans — if a clause below is unclear, email [email protected] and we will rewrite it before enforcing it. We will also give you 30 days' notice before any material change.
Acceptance and account
You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind the business you are registering. You are responsible for the actions of every teammate you invite (we log invitations and provide per-user audit trails). Account credentials are non-transferable; sharing access with non-employees terminates the workspace per the abuse clause below.
Acceptable use
Muhadith is for legitimate customer conversations about real orders. Do not use it for unsolicited marketing (spam), account takeover of customer accounts, generation of fraudulent supporting documents for chargebacks, or message content that violates Meta's commerce and WhatsApp business policies. We cooperatively report abuse patterns to Meta and to local fraud partners when the thresholds are met.
Billing, fees, and cancellation
Free tier includes 1,000 AI replies per month per workspace. Paid tiers bill monthly in advance via Stripe or via Apple / Google in-app subscription where available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle — no refunds for partial months. We will never increase the price of your current tier with less than 60 days' notice, and existing customers keep grandfathered rates for at least one billing cycle after a price change.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend a workspace without notice for: (a) confirmed abuse per the acceptable use clause; (b) non-payment lasting more than 30 days after a written reminder; (c) a credible legal order from a competent jurisdiction. We will always restore a suspended workspace after the underlying issue is resolved, and we will publish a public, anonymized abuse report covering the prior calendar year.
