Customer communication, built for Arabic e-commerce.

Muhadith started with one frustration: Arabic-speaking merchants were stitching together WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram by hand, losing orders in the gaps. We built a single inbox with an Arabic-native AI that pulls live order data from Salla, Zid, and Shopify so every reply is informed, in dialect, and in seconds.

Why we exist

Most customer-communication tools are built for English-first support teams in California. They land in the Gulf and MENA as translations: awkward greetings, half-translated macros, no understanding of dialects, no live access to local store data. We rebuilt from the prompt layer up — Arabic first, e-commerce first — and kept the developer experience familiar so teams who already know n8n, Zapier, or a REST API can ship in a day.

What we ship today

Unified inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and email. An Arabic-first AI chatbot that answers in MSA or dialect and can quote a real order from Salla, Zid, or Shopify without hallucinating. Smart Notifications that fire on store events (order paid, shipment dispatched, abandoned cart). An n8n-powered automation layer with 400+ integrations. A public API for everything the UI exposes.

Where we're headed

Voice notes are still under-served by every support tool we have used. The next major release is voice: transcribe Arabic voice notes into structured orders, route them to the right agent, and reply with synthesized Arabic in the same voice as the customer's message. If that sounds interesting and you sell to Arabic-speaking customers, we want to hear from you.
